Found this in my box of old tapes and thought it was worth a transfer. I brought the camera along because I knew Venus in Furs was back in the set and I really wanted to get a performance on video.
Arrived at the venue to be greeted with posters warning sternly: "No smoking! No photographs! " Well I was determined I was going to film Venus ! The rest is a bonus.
Last year I saw Cale threaten to slit someones throat for taking a photo during a gig in Glasgow. Glad he didn't catch sight of me this night....
