Kevin Carroll attended this show:
I was at this show, seated in the orchestra section. Strangely I was the only person in that area, everyone else were in the upper level. There was a film crew with a camera set up by the sound board. So somewhere there is a film of the show. Just before the show started, a man in an expensive suit came and sat next to me, he seemed agitated and kept twitching, possible on something, so I didn't talk with him. The set opened with Broken Hearts and Bob Neuwirth came out and hit a bad note on his harmonica, then left the stage. After Life Under Water, everyone left the stage, and then after a while Cale came back to do Hallelujah then left. He typically only does one encore. But the crowd kept clapping and refused to leave, and after a lengthy time, the man next to me said "this is bullshit" climbed up on stage and went across to a back door. That's when I realized he was probably the tour manager. So after a little while longer, Cale comes out in sweat clothes, sits at the piano and performs Streets Of Laredo as a final encore. The recording equipment had already been taken down, which is probably why it doesn't appear on the CD.
